Milestones

From one trading line in 2008 to a full chain of cold rolling, hot rolling, finishing and processing — every expansion was driven by customer demand.

Expansion follows customer pain, not size: delivery first (own cold rolling), then form (hot rolling & finishing), then capacity (thin-gauge scheduling).

The logic behind each step

  • 2012: Built our cold rolling line—delivery and surface quality were uncontrollable in trading, so promises needed our own line.
  • 2016: Set up international trade dept—exports need dedicated standards, inspection and documentation; part-time can't build a system.
  • 2019: Added hot rolling and finishing — buyers prefer full packages, single-form suppliers rarely make project shortlists
  • 2022: Closed certification gaps — document systems must meet standards first to enter Europe and Middle East markets
  • 2025: Capacity raised to 2 million tons — new capacity mainly cuts scheduling wait for thin gauges and custom parts
