To meet the compliance requirements of customers in Europe and North America, we have completed the conversion of process documents and inspection procedures for two stainless steel standards: EN 10088-2 and ASTM A240.
For both types of orders, EN 10204 3.1 certificates for the corresponding standard can now be supplied with the goods. Chemical composition and mechanical properties are judged according to the standard, so customers no longer need to send samples for a second inspection.
Grades covered: 1.4301 / 1.4404 / 1.4016 (EN) and 304 / 316L / 430 (ASTM). Thickness range 0.3–60 mm, surfaces 2B / BA / No.1 / HL / 8K.
